An interesting read on the paradox of social media. We’re becoming “perfectly informed and utterly distracted.” Can we find a balance between the serendipitous search for novel information and the need to focus and contemplate an idea? Maybe too many of have become information junkies. Yes, yes, the old complaint of the distractions of the modern era, which people have been putting forth since the radio entered people’s houses and the telegraph encouraged short snippets of information to send across hundreds of miles via wires.
